We are so excited to be hosting a Wellness Day with some fabulous facilitators. The day will be filled with movement and fun activities that will fill you nourised, refreshed and restored.

The day will run as follows:

Opening Cirle with Sinnead

The day will start and end with an opening and closing circle with Sinnead who is a cycle-informed yoga teacher, perinatal doula and abdominal massage therapist. She has facilitated gatherings for over 7 years and is passionate about creating soft spaces to share and reflect.

Dance with Candice

Feel good fusion focuses on movement and well-being providing a space for you to express yourself while having fun. The session is aimed at promote confidence and self-love, working with a fusion of styles that will include elements of dancehall and Afrobeats. Expect lots of fun, dancing and good energy.

Yoga with Sally Balfourth

Sally’s teachings are offered in an accessible way: firmly guided but spacious; playful yet sincere. Although each person is encouraged to be with their own unique experience, this is about the act of coming together too.

Lunch with Houria Catering

Self care workshop with Divina Botanica

Elsie will be teaching us how to make our own herbal teas and face masks with her own flowers grown here in Bristol at Bridge Farm.

Breathwork with Harriette

Experience the transformative power breathwork. Immerse yourself in this breathing journey where you harmonize with the intricate rhythms of your energetic, emotional, and physical being. Through the utilization of ancient yogic breathing techniques, you will find a sense of grounding, presence, and serenity.
