Vision Boarding Workshop with Sadia
Sadia from Slay Your Dragons will be hosting a Vision Boarding Workshop for Beyond the Mix. Over the past three years, Sadia has delivered small group coaching sessions for Beyond the Mix, encouraging participants to think about their stories, recognise their strengths and use both to advance their personal and professional lives.
The final group coaching session ends with a vision boarding exercise, which is always a firm favourite. We’re excited to host the vision boarding session. as a dedicated, standalone workshop in January - perfect for setting intentions and building momentum for 2026.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
Framing Memories
@iiiindiiiii is hosting our second framing memories workshop. The last one was so lovely, we had a great time discussing our keepsakes, using the engraving tool to enhance our frames and connecting over our memories and heritages.
Indi will guide us through creative ways to bring our precious memories to life, while reflecting on how these objects connect us to our loved ones and personal histories.
All frames and backing fabrics will be provided, but please bring one or a few keepsakes you’d like to include in your frame. You’ll design a framed piece that feels deeply personal - something to display at home or gift to someone special.
This workshop will have a festive, Christmas inspired feel, perfect for creating a heartfelt gift for a friend or family member. We anticipate the workshop ending at approximately 6pm, so there is time for an optional drink afterwards until 6.30pm.
We have tiered donation options which hopefully suit everyone, but if you require a bursary space, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@beyondthemix.org and we can sort one out, no questions asked.

Pilates with Maia
Join Maia for a monthly Pilates class at Now Studio.
Experience a mindful and invigorating practice designed to strengthen your body, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect with yourself. Each class is rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates, focusing on breath, precision, and core control to leave you feeling centred, strong, and spacious. Whether you're new or experienced to Pilates, Maia’s thoughtful guidance will help you move with intention and awareness.
We are offering a tiered donation system to ensure that everyone can participate, regardless of financial circumstances. The different donation levels are designed to provide flexibility and make the class accessible to as many people as possible:
£10 Donation: For those who are able, this helps support the ongoing cost of running the classes and ensures we can continue offering this mindful movement practice.
£7.50 Donation: A mid-tier option for those who would like to contribute a little less while still supporting BTM.
£5 Donation: A lower donation level to help keep the class accessible for all.
Free: If finances are a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to join the class at no cost. We want everyone to have the opportunity to benefit from Pilates, regardless of their financial situation.
Hopefully this tiered approach will allow us to be inclusive while supporting those who need it most.
Please note, this event is for mixed heritage women, trans and non binary individuals only.
