Framing Memories

@iiiindiiiii is hosting our second framing memories workshop. The last one was so lovely, we had a great time discussing our keepsakes, using the engraving tool to enhance our frames and connecting over our memories and heritages.

Indi will guide us through creative ways to bring our precious memories to life, while reflecting on how these objects connect us to our loved ones and personal histories.

All frames and backing fabrics will be provided, but please bring one or a few keepsakes you’d like to include in your frame. You’ll design a framed piece that feels deeply personal - something to display at home or gift to someone special.

This workshop will have a festive, Christmas inspired feel, perfect for creating a heartfelt gift for a friend or family member. We anticipate the workshop ending at approximately 6pm, so there is time for an optional drink afterwards until 6.30pm.

We have tiered donation options which hopefully suit everyone, but if you require a bursary space, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@beyondthemix.org and we can sort one out, no questions asked.

Beyond the Mix Yoga

Whole body practices promoting rest and regulation as we draw towards the darker months. Each session is different but the exploration of connection and belonging is a common thread. Expect slow, deliberate movements, breathwork and restorative shapes. No experience is needed, only a willingness to spend meaningful time with yourself whilst being a part of the Beyond the Mix community.
