Beyond the Mix Circle

Earlier in the year we hosted a Wellness Day, where we started and ended the day with circles hosted by Sinnead. The circles set the tone for the day, creating a calming and welcoming space where we were encouraged to share and connect with the rest of the group. We loved the circles so much, we asked Sinnead to host another one for us for more of the community to enjoy.

Sinnead is a doula, yoga teacher and abdominal massage therapist focusing on menstruality. From a writing mudra guide book to founding a seed cycling brand Bia Seeds, Sinnead is passionate about making wellbeing more accessible. She has held space for women's circles since 2017 in her home in Singapore, on retreats and in community spaces since returning to the UK. Sinnead is a very proud member of Beyond The Mix!

About the circle:

It is understood that humans have gathered in circles since the beginning of time; for safety and warmth. To share food, wisdom and stories; to nurture ones self and one's community.

Join us in circle to deeply connect, to listen, be heard, and to release.

Each circle will consist of a theme relating to the season and activities such as journalling. There is never an obligation to share so please still attend if you are feeling more introspective and would prefer to witness.

What you will need:

Come as you are! You are encouraged to dress to feel good, in a colour relating to the current season but most importantly, to be comfortable as we will be mostly sitting. Bring a pen and a notebook to journal in.

A yoga mat to sit on if you have one (spares are provided).

You are welcome to bring an object that is special to you to place on the altar, in the centre of the circle.
