Beyond the Mix Yoga

Whole body practices promoting rest and regulation as we draw towards the darker months. Each session is different but the exploration of connection and belonging is a common thread. Expect slow, deliberate movements, breathwork and restorative shapes. No experience is needed, only a willingness to spend meaningful time with yourself whilst being a part of the Beyond the Mix community.
